Can I cancel or change my order?

If you have an immediate emergency that makes you unable to receive your purchase, please reach out to us as soon as possible—the mods will do their best to work with you and find a solution.

Orders can only be canceled or changed up until pre-orders are closed.

No returns or refunds can be provided after pre-orders are closed.

What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?

If any items in your order are damaged, please contact us, with pictures of the damages, ASAP. Depending on the severity of the damage, the availability of the item, and your location, we will either offer a partial refund or send you a replacement.
