Shipping

Orders are shipped from the USA.

Once your physical order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

We are planning to ship worldwide. For possible restrictions (e.g., Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Israel & Gaza), please consult the USPS and UPS websites. Countries that are not serviced by either provider cannot be shipped to.

Please note that if you purchase a bundle outside the US, you may have to pay additional taxes or duties (e.g. VAT) or postal duties fees. These are not included in our shipping price, so please inform yourself about any extra costs with your local customs authority.

When will digital orders be sent out?

Digital orders will be sent out to the email address provided when you placed your order after physical preorders have been shipped.

Deliveries

Please note that all the products are pre-orders. We estimate between 3-6 months of production and preparation time after the end of pre-orders for all physical orders. Those also depend on the various manufacturers with whom we work with and their production times, as well as delivery restrictions.

To stay updated on the status of the project, we advise that you follow us on our various social media (Instagram, Bluesky, and Tumblr), where we will post about the project's production progress.

Address Changes

Once all physical products have arrived and we are ready to start shipping, we will share a notice on our social media to confirm shipping addresses, and you will have an opportunity to make address changes if needed.

You can also change your address during the production period—for this, please send us an email (thedoebook@gmail.com), and we will email you the CHANGE OF ADDRESS form, which will ask for your order number, full name, old address, and new address.
